I'd rather go to Arizona and go to the beach.
Arizona has some of the most amazing and iconic scenery in the country, including the Grand Canyon, the Sonoran desert, and of course, Sedona. And if you have never gotten to see a truly dark night sky, Arizona will blow you away.
Arizona for sure. Beaches are nice, but they all start to feel the same after a while. The desert landscapes are way more unique and memorable
Personally I’d say the US west coast is overrated and you’d be missing out on amazing landscapes in places like Arizona and Utah.
