I am a big fan of Arches national park in Utah. Very unique almost alien landscapes, and some really nice hikes.
Fly to Vegas and hit the 5 National Parks in southern Utah (Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches) in order then drop down into Arizona and hit Monument Valley,Antelope Canyon+ Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon on your way back to Vegas.
First time I went there I could have sworn I woke up on a different planet! Just spectacular!
