You're not going to do much better than antiX. There are lighter distros but they are either user-unfriendly or seriously outdated.
antiX is what MX is based on, boots in around 150MB RAM and uses window managers instead of a desktop environment

I would recommend Q4OS Trinity or antiX. Both run <300MB RAM and are very light on CPU. I run both on Pentium 4 systems with 786MB RAM.
