Anno 1800

I would wait a year or 2 for all the DLC, expansion pack content and patches to release before buying and just stick with Anno 1800 or whichever is your favourite for the time being.

Anno 1800 had four years of content dlc

1800 is peak, 1404 had the crown until 1800.

Anno 1800 is a very polished game.

I thoroughly enjoyed Anno 1800, and I'm a huge fan of Roman history.

This describes my experience exactly. I've created 2 saves and have like 80 hours on each. After a while it gets so crazy tracking all my stuff that I take a break from the game for a few months and then dive back in after I get the itch to play again. Amazing game.

So looking forward to this game. I got into Anno 1800 on one of those free play weekends awhile ago, it hooked me HARD, almost 200 hours on only 2 different maps.

I highly recommend Anno 1800, which is on PS Plus Premium (and maybe Extra?)

If they don't have a co-op like the one in Anno 1800 (where co-op players can play together on the same civilization/company), I'd be disappointed.

Parent context: Is it good? I’ve been avoiding it because everything Ubisoft touches is ruined but it’s on sale rn…. Reply: Anno 1800 is great. The German developers have even been able to keep Ubi out of meddling too (that we know of).
