American Express Business Gold Card

Pros

• Amex Business Gold do much for you? $15K MSR in 3 months looks about right.
• If you’re going to Japan, I strongly recommend Amex business gold. You can pay for almost everything on SUICA and will get 4x points when you use ABG to reload it.
• If you want to get ink cards when you are under 5/24 but want a card now to take advantage of large spend go for other business cards like the Business Gold or Platinum, they have high SUBs and won’t add to 5/24.
• My amex business gold. The 4x back on gas & tolls is perfect cuz i drive for a living.
• I know nothing about Ramp, but I have used the Business Gold for awhile. I am pretty happy with the tools Amex makes available for managing the card/spend.

Cons

• Parent context: Amex Business Gold do much for you? $15K MSR in 3 months looks about right. Reply: I'm generally fine with their transfer partners, I could probably hit $15k, especially for 200k MR. My only concern is how widely I'll act...
• Amex Biz Gold only gives 4x IF “transit” is one of your top two categories during the business cycle.
