The other thing I liked is that could WhatsApp their support team as getting help is usually really tricky with flight companies when you go direct. I ofc didn’t expect to need it but the night before my flight I had a stress about my baggage and whether I was going to be charged through the teeth for going over my allowance. It was 11pm but they were still open and I was able to talk to someone, sort out my bags and it made the morning flight so much less stressful.
