Alen 45i

Pros

• I have an Alen 45i for VOcs, but I just have a 750 ft sq apartment. And 8x units in here though, inherited an old smelly carpet, mold was present, allergies etc. So I needed extreme coverage...and 8-11ach.
• Depends on your room sizes. But likely a 75i for your living room and 45i or flex for the bedroom.
• Alen has a little more, so an Alen 45i with their best filter is like 450 and has maybe 1-2 pounds. That's what I have.
• Alen is exceptionally quiet and has a lifetime warranty for as long as you buy genuine Alen filters. Get the filters with carbon as well. The filters last about a year.
• If you want a quietish brand with a lifetime warranty...then you might like Alen. They don't move as much air as an equal priced Winix/Levoit/Coway...but they are decently powerful and good against VOCs with their best filter. And come w...

• the 45i lists Covers up top 1,900 sq ft every hour or 950 sq ft every 30 minutes. which is 1 or 2 air changes ratings.
