Pros
- What about Aer Travel Pack small? Very similar to CPP but more volume at 28L, looks professional, insane comfort.
- Some backpacks that hold a lot and are generally accepted to be very comfortable: ... 2) Aer Travel Pack Small
- Parent context: You could try the Aer Travel Pack Small- might work. Hip belt is sold separately. Reply: I love this recc it has the features I need without being weird looking

- Why not just get the Aer Travel Pack Small? The remaining space of TP3 minus CPP2 is smaller than just have the TP3S as the only pack and it's not 'too much' as EDC
Cons
- Looks cool. But also pretty heavy 3.8 pounds vs the 4lbs for the Nomatic. The killer with Aer is over $60 for shipping and duties to Canada!
- Parent context: I've been using Aer City Pack Pro (24l) as my personal/carry on item. It served me well, but I guess Travel Pack Small might be a better pick as far as organizing and pockets go. One thing that I like more on CPP is the s...

I also like Aer’s travel pack small, over the city pack/pro. I dont have one personally, but would be my choice if I didn’t have my GORUCK 26L GR2. I like that the travel pack has compression straps so that its profile is slim when not packed out; seems like a solid daily carry choice and can serve double duty when the time calls for it
Parent context: I've been using Aer City Pack Pro (24l) as my personal/carry on item. It served me well, but I guess Travel Pack Small might be a better pick as far as organizing and pockets go. One thing that I like more on CPP is the separate organizer pocket rather than the one in the main compartment of the Travel Pack Small, but from the other side the one in Travel Pack serves a better role of hiding items. Parent context: I recently picked up the Aion 28L and am liking it. Giving it the EDC treatment right now, and thus far like it for a EDC/Travel hybrid more than AER Travel Pack small etc. or Daylite 26+6. Reply: [No explicit opinion on AER Travel Pack small, only used as a comparison point for the Aion]
Fixes the one item I didn't like with the AER travel pack small, otherwise best bag I have used.
