The Acebeam is a great pick and I want to get the SFT-25R version.

Tac AA 2.0: much more robust than the ts15, forward clicky tail switch is solid. It's nice and clicky but has quite a bit of slightly mushy travel before it clicks. No charge port to let water in but it does come with a USB chargeable battery. Really good clip. Good usable beam with quite a large, well defined hotspot and useful spill.

Between those two, I would take the Tac AA 2.0. It's a more generally useful light while the TS15 is near-useless at under 50 feet.

The Tac 2.0 AA has its charging port on the battery which will make it a lot more likely to be reliable.
