Able Carry Max

Pros

• I also would have to recommend Able Carry. I own their Max, Max EDC and Daybreaker 2 packs. ... The harness system on their packs is the best in the industry (IMHO).
• And the slightly angled placement of the side handle on my og Max? Simply brilliant, makes it perfectly balanced when walking or going up the stairs.
• It is an excellent bag and it’s a joy to use.
• Whoever designed top and side handles for this bag deserves a medal. Both handles are elevated just a bit so that it’s enough to grab the bag without extra effort... Both handles are long enough to hold the bag with *both hands*.
• my other 2 (non-tactical/gear/range) bags are the Able Carry Max, and the Peak Design 30L travel pack for travel carry-ons, long weekends, etc. You'll see both are super clean designs and minimal- if any visible at all- branding.

Cons

• Take a look at the Able Carry Max, the Sympl weekender or the Commute and the Alpaka Elements Pro.
• Able Carry Max ( I don't like the construction of the back and how it bulged in a certain way when it's full. Have problems with their access of things as well)
• Able Carry Max is 30-32L, so in theory it feels like it should work. But I've seen reviews that say it doesn't actually carry that much more than a CTB26.
• I tried so many bags with incredible organization (CTB26/35), great looks (Able Carry Max) ,superb utility (RE Alpha 31) but the straps under heavy load could not match my favorite ones - Goruck straps.
• Have an AER TP3 and owned an Able Carry Max (not EDC) but found the TP3 carried more than the ABM so I'd expect the EDC to carry less.
