• That car is worth way more than $5k. Buy it and maintain it. You will never find a car deal like that again.
• It’s a good deal and bake her cookies as a thank you.
• $5k would be a downright steal for that. Unless it is a salvage title or been in a wreck, it's easily more than twice that
• Assuming it has a clean title and doesn't have any serious issues car like that, on the market is worth twice that, potentially more on the regular market.

Cons

• Here’s some advice from a former used cars salesperson if it’s been on the lot for 194 days and it’s a Honda. There is something definitely wrong. How does her quick moving cars if they’re on the lot that long I would keep away.
• Nobody wants to buy a car that's already been in 2 reported accidents. How many other unreported accidents has it been in?
• It’s been sitting there a long time for good reason. 120K miles, 12 years old, moderate damage. You didn’t mention how many owners.
• They want 13k before fees for the 2013 Honda Civic. Oops lol.
