AI summary — not a quote
The Way of Wade 10 (WOW 10) is highly regarded as a top-tier performance shoe, particularly within the volleyball community, for its exceptional bounce and traction. However, it is polarizing due to its extreme stiffness; while the full-length carbon fiber plate provides significant propulsion for jumping, it is frequently linked to foot soreness and joint pain during heavy landings.
Pros
- Exceptional traction that performs well even on dusty courts
- High energy return and 'bounciness' that aids in vertical jumping
- Very responsive with good court feel for a performance shoe
- Generally preferred over the WOW 11 for being less 'chunky' and having a better fit
Cons
- Stiff carbon fiber plate can cause heel, shin, and knee pain for some users
- Lack of sole flexibility makes it difficult to 'roll through' the foot during approach steps
- Aggressive 'inflare' design can cause discomfort or pressure on the pinky toe
- Cushioning may feel insufficient for repeated heavy landings

Way of Wade 10 is still amazing. Responsive, good traction, bouncy, great heel to toe transition, ground feel is just right not too high not too low, and not heavy as a shoe is or feels. Cushion is a bit bare ones tho.
WoW 10 is goat for a reason. 12 is great too but the heel to toe transition of 10s feel better still imo
I think they are one of the most perfect all rounded shoes ever, and very good for vball specifically if you hit.
Way of Wade 10s and 12s for sure
They're the best shoes i've ever worn (liked them more than WOW 10, All City 12 & 14, 361 Joker 2, ASICS Metarise 2 and a bunch of Nike's).
