First of all, it took forever to reopen that bottle of StarSan!
I then replace PBW with Starsan and do the same.
my fix for bottle cleaning/san has changed a lot over the decades but like, putting a bottle brush on a cordless drill and passing 'em through a 5gal of starsan is pretty easy.
Starsan is best, but can be expensive.
I use a Chloroclean. A lot different than a non rinse Starsan.

Corny kegs are stainless, hold pressure, and are cheap. With a blow-off tube, these are best fermenters for your money.

Don’t try to save on money going with this mini-keg setup – it’s an expensive and inherently less cost effective route than corny kegs, etc.
The kegs aren't that annoying to clean imo, unless you have big forearms, in which case you may need a long cleaning device to get in there.
Fermenting in cornies is an absolute cunt to clean, so I don't recommend it
