I use Sleepphones, and often use earplugs with them.
Sleepphones are good, I'd recommend the fleece headband and get both a large and medium sized headband so the earpads don't move around, small is really tight unless you have a tiny head. I didn't find the other material comfortable but the fleece is very comfortable.

I think you’re right on that. I have mine set up to play auto sleep sounds & since they fit so snug i figured they have it, but yeah you’re right they don’t; but it’s not a big deal they still block out a majority of the environment
