Sansi always has sales going on and right now they hand an additional 30% of the sale prices for new customers. My favorite way to use grow lights is to screw a bulb (they all have standard e26 bases) into a lamp so it doesn't look like a grow light.
Lights? I love Barrina T10, T8, T5 and Sansi.
sansi makes both grow lights, and grow bulbs you can use in your own setup. excellent lights w/an excellent rep. very bright. good focusing lenses over the leds :)
You've already gotten some great recommendations for grow lights (seconding both the Barrina and Sansi, and definitely advising against the blurple lights and halo lights)
Sansi is fine, but get the ones that have replaceable bulbs rather than the integrated light wands/pucks.

Easiest plant to plant in the substrate: Amazon sword, but you need to pick a shorter variety for a 10 gallon.
Something like Amazon swords, rosette swords, banana plants, and floaters like water lettuce are quite simple to care for although Amazon swords will grow huge and will need pruning.
Amazon swords have been easy ime and they send out new baby plants too 🥹
Looks like Amazon sword
The only plant I've been having luck with is an Amazon sword.
