It is super easy to pack up, just pop the valve open, roll it up once to get the air out, then I fold in thirds lengthwise and roll it up. The bag it goes into has extra space so there's no fight to fit it back in there. ... I find it comfortable. I sleep on my side and stomach and tend to move around in my sleep a lot, so my sleeping pad also needs to be reasonably quiet. I don't hear any of the internal insulation crinkle
If it were me I’d recommend the following: - (or NEMO Eclipse all season for $175)

Durable with that 40D ripstop nylon... Very lightweight for it's size and thickness... Very comfortable and great pressure relief... Impressively small pack size... Valve is probably the best I've tried
A bit difficult to roll up... The insulation definitely doesn't go all the way which can lead to sleeping colder. It's not present in the outer tubes. Overstated R-value of 6.2?

I'm hoping to upgrade to a ZenBivy set up because I think I will be even more comfortable, and they pack down smaller/lighter than my current Nemo bag, for the sake of backpacking. ... the quilt and sheet systems are highly reviewed.
I absolutely LOVE my zenbivy!! I highly highly recommend them if you, like me, can’t sleep in a sleeping bag. I use an exped sleeping pad with it. I sleep better camping than I do at home some nights now.
Zenbivy is also pretty roomy though I've let drafts in when kicking up a knee in the large size quilt
But really came here to say that the ZB is really nice to sleep in from my experience. I also like the fast sheet as it makes drafts much less likely to happen, and you get a pillow barn which does feel so much better for me.
I have a 20F synthetic and a 20F down. I have used both down to 30F and was warm with both. I have also used them up to 60F with the foot box open, using them like a blanket.
