BenQ TH575 is the best by far in my opinion then the HD243x but it depends on how easy it is to replace the bulb.

The BenQ TH575 is a solid 1080p projector. It's got a sharp image and good colors. But, it has a LOT going against it. Most notably is the use of a lamp... the BenQ really doesn't have the smart features that are native to the XGimi. The setup of the BenQ can be painful.
