Interestingly the iPhone 2G had a sandwiched MLB design, and it wasn't until 10 years later that Apple reused this design again in the iPhone X.
I vividly remember the times when iPhone X was the best new thing. Remember getting it and holding for the first time, thinking how will Apple ever top that.
