Based on my experience I would recommend foambymail.
If your weight is over 300, get 3” of Dunlop from foambymail. I did this when I was 400-500 and it was the best sleep I ever got on a super firm mattress.
Technically, it can all be purchased at Foambymail. But you won't be able to return anything if it doesn't work out. I wouldn't trust their convoluted foam over what DIYREM has.
Foambymail.com : HD36 Poly foam core and 5lb memory foam.
I have 1” of HD foam on the bottom of the TPS 15.5 springs and then 2” 29ILD dunlop latex (from foambymail) as my transition layer

The main discount suppliers are Sleep on Latex, Arizona Premium, Latex mattress factory, and SleepEZ(A couple of those are sister companies as well).
SleepEZ or Arizona Premium Mattresses can help you.
i believe the benefit to the sleepez is it can be returned ?
Luckily I live in AZ where I was able to go to the SleepEZ showroom to try out a few of the latex builds. I probably spent like 30 minutes trying different firmness and dunlop/talalay combinations, and my favorite was 3 inch firm dunlop / 3 inch medium dunlop / 3 inch medium Talalay bottom to top.
Was looking at SleepEZ and considering that, but then started thinking if I'm going that far just go all the way for DIY.
