If you want a tool for that, the app Finch is underrated genius. It helps you check in with your emotions, track goals tied to your identity, and reflect on your wins without turning it into toxic productivity.

this is a cute, gamified mental wellness app that helps you build emotional intelligence. It encourages daily mood check-ins, journaling, and recognizing relationship patterns. If you’re trying to stop overthinking every text, this helps ground you.

Not just a cute self-care app. It has built-in habit nudges that help you track social goals (like talking to one new person a week) without being annoying. Social growth as a dopamine hit.

For mental clarity and money reflection, the app Finch helps you track your mood + money mindset daily. It gamifies self-improvement and gently nudges you to align small financial wins with personal growth. It’s weirdly satisfying and actually works.

It’s like a Tamagotchi for your goals and communication skills. You set intentional habits like “Speak without hedging,” “Practice 3 high-status phrases a day,” and it rewards you with cute in-game pets. Sounds silly but actually keeps you on track.

Alternatively if you want a non-AI, open-sourced option that uses the Material You design, check out Cashew. The free version which I'm using atm is already EXTREMELY customisable and enough on its own. ... I love it, planning to get the lifetime subscription to support the dev.
