Seconding cheeryep! After trying so many different brands from japanese to korean, western to chinese, i find that cheeryep has the best of both worlds. Great mattes with buttery texture and pigment while their glitters/shimmers range from subtle to BLING-BLING. They arent patchy also.

Judydoll - they have great single sparkly eyeshadows, (probably one of the best). Great quality, but cheaper than Western ones.
