I agree the Robot is as close to end game as it gets. The only thing that would make it better for me is a travel case where I could just slip the legs on and a rounded handle for the portafilter.
This is the only machine I can imagine getting to replace my Cafelat Robot if I ever get tired of the physical effort involved.
I have the Turin Axis because I have been unlucky to be able to source a Cafelat Robot. That is a beautiful machine though.
There is the Flair Espresso and Cafelat Robot which both do really great espressos in comparable to machines I mentioned above.

From my experience I would recommend the lelit if you steam a lot of milk. It's just more powerful.
