Equipment is a mix of Rogue, Rep and Bells of Steel (recommend).
We’re sometimes compared to companies like Rogue, REP, or Bells of Steel, but that’s just not our reality.

If you have a little money and space buy yourself a used bench (sub $50) and a 35lb or so dumbbell and you can literally work every single muscle in your body quite easily to a pretty high level.

I have the same bench...it's awesome and I big upgrade over version 1.0 (which I also had).
