I like Airbnb experiences. Most of those tours have been excellent.
Did a tour through Airbnb Experiences visiting old haciendas and cenotes outside the city. The haciendas are beautiful and a bit haunting in places, and the cenotes in this region are incredible.
Booked a tour through Airbnb Experiences and visited several haciendas and cenotes outside the city.
I’d recommend taking a look at Airbnb Experiences!
For the Bourdain experience I recommend AirBnB experiences, where locals want to find paying customers to show around.

What I personally liked most was not having to think about logistics. Europe can get complicated quickly, especially with multiple countries. It felt nice to just show up and explore.
Logistics were smooth. Trains, intercity travel, stays — all sorted. Visa guidance helped a LOT. Trip captain handled issues (we had one train delay) without us panicking.
Group vibe was honestly the best part. Didn’t expect to bond that much with strangers.
It’s not luxury. Think hostels, shared stays, early mornings. You’ll spend extra on food + optional experiences. Europe is expensive, no surprise there.
