Pros

  • I honestly never had an issue with Zatu, other than longer shipping times.
  • All of them are legit sites, had no issues so far.

Cons

  • I ordered two games from them, and the box came with only a hope and a prayer holding it together.
  • their customer service is terrible, and they often lie about stock
  • They often show up when I’m googling games and the preview/shopping page shows a super low price, only for it to be significantly more expensive when I click the actual link to their website.
  • Honestly, never had a bad experience with Zatu as a customer. Their pricing is extremely unreliable, with some high demand games being priced way above the norm. But I just don't buy stuff that they're overcharging for.
  • They are the retailer of absolute last resort for me. From long overdue deliveries, to price gouging, to cancelling fully paid pre-orders because they decide to increase the price last minute - they’re dreadful.

I’ve ordered expensive games to be imported to the US, and they just throw the games in a box with no protection. When I ask for a 5% refund due to the damage to the games, they said they would cancel my account if I keep requesting the partial 5% refund. They still refuse to provide ANY protection for my items when they ship them. Pretty terrible online retailer.

Thats what I mean by their stock levels being a lie. I had the same issue, you keep emailing and their responses are "it'll dispatch ___" then "its being moved from a warehouse" to "we're sourcing it from another warehouse"

Zatu sucks, besides scalping Compile at 300% markup their stock levels are a lie and will often take your money when they have no stock, but not tell you so youre waiting for them to dispatch the game they dont have
