if you ever run into serious wire cutting, you may need something more robust, like Free P2 or OHT, or even Wave+, Surge, MUT, etc.
Learn how to write semantic HTML and use an accessibility testing tool such as [WAVE](https://wave.webaim.org/).
If you don't have the volume to need a CRM at this earlier stage, I still suggest using some accounting software to keep track of transactions. Wave is free and has worked well for me.
