Vite
Reddit take
Not enough linked mention summaries yet; the source excerpts below are the evidence.
Pros
- I enjoyed the great DX from tools like Vite, Docker, and Swagger APIs
- So we offloaded CMS duties to WordPress and used Vite for our actual app.
- Well Vite is an amazing bundler.
- I hate to be that guy, but we don't really use CRA anymore. Even the Facebook devs say to use Vite.
- What were you configuring? Starting a Vite project with all those libs takes maybe 5-10 minutes at most?
Cons
- Before you even have to chance to review the agent's results and approve them, Webpack or Vite's HMR will have already done its thing and your browser will now have malicious code running on it.

Supports Next.js 15 + Vite out of the box.
The app is built with Vue 3, Pinia, Vite, and Tailwind.
vite made it possible for me to actually understand the build process.
But so far I've actually been able to configure and use Vite without any friction whatsoever
