As for the cars, I personally don't think Vinfast cars are as good as say, BYD cars, by build quality and features. But would I buy a Vinfast car in Vietnam over BYD? Absolutely, because of the charger support. Vinfast has the best charger support in Vietnam right now

the Vinfast dealership that opened just down the street from me (Vancouver Canada area) lasted just over a year. They are one of the fewest Evs that I see on the road, and in this area you see everything.

Vinfast started with direct-sales stores (like Tesla), but then it shut all those down (thus pissing off all current owners), and now it's slowly opening conventional third-party dealerships. a lot of Americans seem to think the brand has already quit the country. what a mess.
