Vans Infuse

Pros

• I've got 5 seasons on mine, so over 100 days. Still going strong too, the only thing I've replaced are the footbeds. I keep them pretty stiff most of the time.
• The Vans have done me very well, and will probably still ride them a bit this season.
• Pretty happy with my Vans Infuse. Boa+laces is a great combo, and I can tighten/loosen easily based on conditions. On their 5th season, and still more/less as good as new.
• Ended up going with the vans infuse. Never been more comfortable in my life
• The Vans High Country (or Infuse if you want laces plus a heel boa) are great and not really that expensive compare to other stiff boots.

Cons

• With sz 11 Vans Infuse, which are about 32.5cm long, my feet are not really out of the ordinary for the American male but it's still impossible to get really deep carves with mass-production boards.
• Great boots , very bulky and large footprint though.
• Vans boots (even Verse/Infuse) have soft, floppy liners that promote step-in comfort. The Nidecker liner provides pretty decent amount of support and doesn't flop over as easily as Vans.
• I used the Vans Infuse (9/10 flex with the tongue stiffeners added) for 40 days last season and they were pretty good, but left a little bit to be desired as far as flex and responsiveness goes.
• Vans infuse. Adjustable stiffness lace/boa hybrid. Love everything about mine except they are a little thicc so you do have to adjust your binding straps most of the time.
