• I think it’s best to renew my uk passport.
• Currently, I cannot enter the UK until I renew it; I cannot enter on my Canadian passport.
• You need to now travel on a British passport and so does your daughter. It's bloody annoying having to get passports for all of our Australian kids who have nothing to do with the UK except for their Mum being a citizen.
• as of February 25, 2026 UK dual citizens are supposed to enter the UK using their valid UK Passport. If you do not hold one you're supposed to have a Certificate of Entitlement to present along with your foreign Passport.
