Pros
- B Tier: Redstone FCU, USAA, US Bank
- US BANK + for 5% on Utilities and 5% on internet and streaming services
Cons
- Yeah, I have zero confidence in US Bank.
- US Bank/Wells don't even compete .. US Bank is toast doubt many on this sub will trust their cards anymore.
- US bank. Surprisingly not that bad. Give you very limited credit limit if you are new. But otherwise avg service. 5 min avg wait for customer service. One time no one was picking phone.
- I always throught US Bank's moblile/website was kind clunky and old
- US Bank is functional, but not intuitive. When you have more than one card and select deals, you can’t tell which card you are adding the deal to.

I don't mind they being stringy with credit limit but flat-out denying applicants with good credits is just stupid. ... I felt insulted when I got denied and frankly felt annoyed that I had to waste my time calling some numbers.
I was also denied recently and had the same scenario with an approval upon reconsideration. It’s total BS system and I was shocked to be denied being a decently high earner with a good credit score and history.
But they were still annoying to deal with and the rep wanted to get me off the phone so badly.
I never understand how USB runs a bank with this kind of tedious and broken processes for common products that every bank offers. It is a real shame because I do like some of their CCs.
