Toyota Corolla Cross

Pros

• The engine was pretty middle of the road. More power (with a lighter feeling vehicle) than the Honda HRV, more features at the base than the CX-30, and better infotainment than the Subaru Crosstrek.

• For $20k-$25k though, yah it’s possible to find some used Toyota RAV4s, Corolla Cross’s, Mazda CX-5 with heated seats and a sunroof.
• The Toyota corolla cross is a great little run around car that's not too big and should retain value better.

Cons

• Everything about the Toyota felt cheaply made to me.
• There are also smaller SUVs like the Honda HR-V or Corolla Cross(which is different than a Corolla) which might be worth looking at.
• It's reliable but the interior leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. If you want Toyota reliability and don't care about cheap feeling hard plastics and rattles, it's the car for you.
• I wanted a Corolla Cross but I seen the engine was underperforming.
• I wouldn’t trust this on any of our trails in Colorado. It’s just made to hurt pedestrians and get worse fuel economy than the car they already own.
