While Bora is the only island with luxurious accommodations besides the Brando our family personally prefers Moorea. ... The Brando is excellent when the chef is good. We have found turnover of kitchen help to be far too frequent and sometimes the Brando is a hard miss due to staffing. When it’s good there it’s perfect but when it’s not we were left very grumpy for the price point and mids service/ food.

To me it's true barefoot luxury... great beach and privacy, good people, ultra fresh and well made food, unique spa.
The Brando looks beautiful but is ~$20,000 for a 5-night stay in their lowest room category.
