I think it’s fine to pay for convenience if you can afford it and if the content is good / helpful, but the volume of “experts” primarily on instagram is what makes me suss of all these different ones! Reply: 100% everything needed to know for Ferber (all of these Taking Cara babies courses and whatever else are just Ferber with a marketing scheme) can be found on Reddit and google for free
