Steam support is the GOAT. They help with product quality, help you get some missing items back,lock down your account after a getting hacked,

Seems like if a request is within reason and you’re respectable in the ticket there’s nothing Steam support won’t do, truly king shit

But Valve is an entire team of people, and Steam Support is some of the best support I've gotten from a corporation.

He gave me a detailed explanation about the problem and tbh it was the first time when I got such a good experience with steam support.

Steam support has come a long way! I remember when it use to suck and blizzard support was the goat. How times change.

Steam Support is the GOATED Yesterday I got bored so I contact steam support to recover my old stolen account that got hack since 2015 (ten years away) as a Joke by the way. Somehow the next 10 hour I got email back to me, that my account got recovered.

I, rightfully pissed, asked for refunds so i can buy the enhanced editions when they release and despite putting 2 hours into the 1st and having had the trilogy for 3 weeks, they accepted the refund requests. Goated ass support team.
