Pros

• It was really good
• Media recommendations: Fanfiction (Any kind, highly recomend), Books (Disque-monde, Star Wars, La Comte de Monte-Cristo)
• without this seminal work, we would be not have *star wars*.
• Rebel Moon is a nasty ass booty call to *Seven Samurai* and *Star Wars*
• The film introduces very little that had not been seen before, yet it succeeds brilliantly by weaving familiar elements into a fresh, original narrative.

Cons

• Star Wars, of course, is a different story since Disney couldn't even make good theatrical releases to begin with.
• Star Wars essentially pulled a *New Coke* with those CGI remakes, just took them a tad longer to re-release the Classic flavor, haha
• If as much care had been put into the Star Wars cash grabs, I mean sequels, we would have been satisfied.
• I think he's a solid, safe popcorn director but in a time when Star Wars feels creatively bankrupt and out of ideas apart from one diamond in the rough (Andor)
• Like in Star Wars when they introduced midichlorians. It was such a bummer! Oh...its just genetic. Its just a superpower and not some universal thing that anyone could master given enough diligence and time and patience.
