Shiner Bock

It's strangely named as it's not a Bockbier as such but it's a very competent beer

I've found that I enjoy Shiner Bock very much.

Parent context: How do you feel about shiner bock? Reply: Was a gateway beer for me back in the day, loved when they rolled out Shiner Black a lifetime ago, but haven't had a Spoetzl product in a long time.

Shiner was founded by a German breeder and has stayed relatively true to the style (although a little maltier imo)

Similar to this, I also enjoy shiner bock (both regular and holiday cheer)

I equally love Shiner Bock. I'll drink Shiner all the time on the patio in a warm Texas summer evening when I really would hate drinking a true German Bock.

It’s good, but not the best. But I talked to a guy at a bar who is in alcohol sales, specifically beer. He said they have by far the cleanest and most sanitary brewery. That says something.

No you're not wrong. It's a decent beer.
