My Sealys has been dipping in several spots even as I flip the mattress continuously. It got to a point where we reached out to customer support for warranty support. We sent all the photos documenting the dips ensuring it qualified for their warranty and their reply is there's physical/liquid damage to the mattress and it's case closed.
Annoyingly, sealy uses different names for the same mattress to confuse you.
When it comes to temper, sealy, and Sterns and Foster, those are price locked so no matter where you go, they're going to be the same price.
