ScreenConnect

Pros

• Neither, ScreenConnect is best
• Screenconnect is still better than anything else out there.
• screenconnect is a good product, but i really cannot recommend doing any business with connectwise.
• At my former company we used ScreenConnect and I've talked very highly of it... That is one of the reasons I liked ScreenConnect so much, it was simple and did what it did easily with low maintenance.
• ScreenConnect/Connectwise Control is the best remote access tool I’ve ever used

Cons

• I've seen things like this before where an antivirus grabs the installer and runs it in a sandbox virtual machine. This happened to me once with ScreenConnect and I found other people running into the same thing.
• I wouldn’t say “well” after their CA revoked one of their code signing certificates and have since forced everyone on-premise to code sign their own installers while revoking customization options in the process.
• I have used ScreenConnect in the past and also TeamViewer and Rust desk is on a par with them in my opinion, in some ways outperforms.
