Saphir

Pros

• Yeah I'm going to get the Saphir spray, I'm looking at the sizes and the Saphir is 3x the cost, but also like 3x the size of the one I linked, so I'll just get the best one and not have any regrets.
• People go with the Saphir because it doesn’t discolor suede if applied exactly as instructed.
• Get a neutral conditioner (venetian shoe cream, saphir whatever) for occasional conditioning.
• the slight scuff with top finish missing on the left can be recolored with a little pigmented Saphir.
• I’ve polished these Saint Crispin boots with mostly neutral wax but also periodically with medium brown as well from Saphir so they’ve become a warmer tone over the years.

Cons

• if i use something like Saphir in brown, will that help restore some color?
• Bick 4 and Saphir are hard to come by where I’m from.
• should I waterproof spray them (I also bought saphirs) before my first wear?
• Parent context: Shoot. I use Bick and other conditioners regularly but the damage on the caps really stand out when cleaned. Reply: I mean it’s all personal preference brother if the scuffs bother you that much brown saphir will cover it...
