Rubrik

Been using Rubrik for the past 2 years. Very solid and easy to use product. Any issue we had they quickly addressed them. ... I highly recommend. We migrated from Dell/EMC Avamar/Data Domain, much better overall.

we moved from Commvault to Rubrik a few years ago but Cohesity has filled in some gaps that drove us towards the 'brick. Both seem solid, both have cloud native offerings.

We have been Rubrik customers for 7 years and moved from EMC Avamar / Data Domain. It was a night and day difference in the products and not having to pay extra for every addon and amount of DD open space was amazing.

Rubrik has been a much better experience, the kind you expect from a professional service company of this nature.

We are almost done migrating from Veeam to Rubrik, a few speed bumps so far, I really like the interface and hardware.

We moved 3 years ago, it's been flawless for us. ... Our experience has been great, their support has been awesome , we had an SMB transfer issue with restores, and to fix it, they actually wrote a patch for us to resolve the issue and added it to their next update.

Currently migrating from Arcserve to Rubrik. All good, great price, not had to use in anger for anything yet.

We were able to recover 90% of our server in under 12 hour with the instant restore and migrations. The instant restore was so effective one of our juniors actually forgot a database application we never migrated and their support helped us ensure we had no data loss. It was an incredible experience. One of the only times in my career when I can truly say that the functionality exceeded expectations.

So far, the experience has been mostly positive. ... I find the interface and configuration of the backups much easier than Commvault. Even the web interface was never very intuitive with Commvault, but finding things is easier in Rubrik, though not perfect.
