Proveit cleared up all the confusion for me. I scanned my magnesium and multivitamin and found out the doses weren’t what I thought. Ended up switching and actually felt the difference with sleep.

Multis are fine but I also just scan mine before I buy so I know what’s inside is actually legit, I use Proveit for that and it’s been helpful.

To see if everything I was using was legit I started scanning the science behind them on Proveit and honestly a lot of brands fell apart fast.

I’ve been scanning everything I buy on Proveit lately and it’s been super legit for picking vitamins. Helps me see what’s actually worth it instead of guessing.

I always use Proveit just to make sure I’m not paying for the name and that it actually does what it’s supposed to do.
