Progressive

Pros

• Allstate is ridiculous! Try Progressive and AAA
• I’ve actually had multiple clams with them (and with other providers previously). Progressive is super easy.
• I’ve done claims with Progressive and it has been fine.

• Progressive $1500. ... In my case, I did not even try to have a conversation just went with Progressive.

Cons

• I went with an independent agent and the best she could find was progressive. Still, it helps she looks into it every 6 months and sends me an update.
• FWIW, my agent does that annually and this year I’m back with Auto Owners after a year at Progressive.
• The cheap guys like Progressive and Geico would surcharge this in my state.
• Also—Progressive no longer covers helmet theft. They used to, but not anymore.
• Parent context: I called Progressive from the crash site. They told me that because I didn't hit anything, wasn't hit, and the road condition wasn't the cause, I wasn't covered under my comprehensive/collision. I called back again later...
