Profitec

Pros

• They are a very reputable company and the build quality is something else, quite like ECM. Their E61 machines seem indestructible really.
• Get a tried and tested brand like the Profitec and it will last longer even without the warranty.
• If you’re okay with no warranty and shipping, a Profitec or Lelit might give better home-espresso vibes, otherwise local commercial machine + local support could be less hassle.
• The Profitec is a joy to use, and I can't believe the difference it's made re: my ability to pull consistent shots and steam significantly better milk.
• I’m a fan of the Profitec brand of espresso machines.

Cons

• I don't recommend the Profitec.
• Profitec is a related company.
• Considering gaggia or profitec, but open to suggestions 👍
• If you want to get away from breville, at the same price point you are looking at single boilers and HX machines from the likes of Lelit, Profitec, QM etc.
• ECM and Profitec are like Acura and Honda, respectively. Same company and production lines (mostly, some ECM stuff is made in Germany, some in Italy; and I believe all Profitec are assembled in Italy). Profitec is a bit cheaper, ECM has...
