Patek Philippe

Pros
- I know from limited experience that Patek usually doesn't have issues servicing things with movements that are ~40 years out of production here stateside
- Difference is with Patek they know how to service and repair and have proper customer service.
- It gives my Pateks a run for their money.
- I own a patek and am jealous of your ring
- best brand logos- Rolex, Patek, & Vacheron.
Cons
- Pateks come in cardboard boxes with the watch in a plastic bag.
- But you don’t buy a 70 years old Patek for accuracy, you buy it for the history and the look.
- Parent context: AP is pure hype. Patek, if it's not the Nautilus or Aquanaut then you are cool. My first thought seeing people wearing those watches is "damn, rich guy". Reply: AP is pure hype. Patek, if it's not the Nautilus or Aquanaut...
- It has more parts than half of Patek's current grand complications.
- in person there was no light play and it looked a bit bland. For example, for the patek the indices would sparkle and reflect light with a nice gold shine

Never have I heard a Patek, Rolex, or Grand Seiko owner (or other independent brand) who had a problem servicing their watch.
It has more parts than half of Patek's current grand complications.
