- This update broke AOD for me. My sensors don't even work fine anymore, I can't check my heart rate, like it broke wrist detection.
- Only some design tweaks. Nothing groundbreaking. Hardware should not struggle from such a minor change. It feels faster even. As for battery life, i lost 44% in 3.5 hours.
- I repeat, DO NOT upgrade to OneUI 8. It has really good upgrades but it's messed up in performance. What's the use if it's not reliable and smooth. 😢

Running Coach isn't even available in the final version of One UI 8 in Galaxy Watch 7 and lower. Why is there a whole section of the article about it? It's not available for Galaxy Watch 4.
