Mitsouko

Pros

• when you start to appreciate classic floral/chypre, you got L'Heure Bleue, Mitsouko, Apres l'Ondee, Vol de Nuit, Chamade, and so many to explore
• Mitsouko - my very glamorous granny used to wear this stuff, I always have a sniff of it if it's out somewhere (rare nowadays!)
• The scent profile is a hundred years old and it shows because there's nothing like it on there market anymore, just like with Mitsuoko, both are windows to a past when modern perfumery was born.
• Mitsouko is such a mellow calm fragrance, it makes me wonder if you tried something different?
• When I smell Mitsouko open up it's like the Hallelujah chorus needle drop. It's heaven and bliss, bliss and heaven. Frolicking and gamboling in a dewy and verdant meadow past the lush aromatics and florals.

Cons

• My first experiences with it, I hated it. But now, I find myself gravitating towards profiles like that. I still don’t reach for Mitsouko, but I definitely do not hate it anymore.
