  • Parent context: I've used SwiftKey for years with no issues. Lots of customisation and layout choices, and swipe gestures to type, good prediction. Reply: And it is, as far as I've seen, the only one en el que puedes type on one language...
  • Nice keyboard there. And it has that option To fill in the middle suggestions on pressing space key, which those other open source keyboards lack.
  • SwiftKey is great and you can easily customize so many perameters to your liking
  • for the keyboard get SwiftKey from MS. Better experience than with android keyboard.

Cons

  • I'm mainly using swiftkey and although it is slightly better than stock it's still a far cry from Gboard on Android, the iOS version is nerfed and it hasn't been updated in so long that I'd call it abandonware at this point.
  • But, it’s always had a fault where, no matter how many times you press and hold a prediction and press “remove prediction” it has always just ignored that command and continued to suggest an incorrect word.. it used to only be here and t...

  • I've tried - and didn't like Helikeyboard, AllSoftkey, Swiftkey... Swiftkey is only trading 1 corpo for another

It's far superior and the first thing I do when I get a new phone is disable gboard and use it. It has way better prediction, is faster, more customisable??. and the most important part for me is that when I enable both english and french languaages, it seamlessly adapts and changes my text in the language i'm typing....

Parent context: I've used SwiftKey for years with no issues. Lots of customisation and layout choices, and swipe gestures to type, good prediction. Reply: And it is, as far as I've seen, the only one en el que puedes type on one language or another sin tener que estar específicamente changing the layout, which is super useful for los que hablamos inglés y español.

But, it’s always had a fault where, no matter how many times you press and hold a prediction and press “remove prediction” it has always just ignored that command and continued to suggest an incorrect word.. it used to only be here and there.. but more recently it has just become constant.. like very other word.. it’s now unusable.

I always end up back at SwiftKey because of the exact layout I want.

For me, SwiftKey is the best keyboard (yes, better than Gboard too) but I keep Futo installed to see the changes they will apply with new updates
