Mean Spirited

Two of my favorite reads this year were Maggie's Grave by David Sodergren and Mean Spirited by Nick Roberts! ... Mean Spirited is one of my favorite paranormal haunting books! It gave me a ton of goosebumps!

One of my favorite horror books I've read this year was Mean Spirited by Nick Roberts. About a haunted dog! Gave me goosebumps while reading it :)

Mean Spirited by Nick Roberts. It’s right there in the title! Good quick possession romp, very angry spirits (you might even call them mean).

This is my favorite Nick Roberts book! I loved it.

Oh this book scared me too haha.

I’ve not finished this book yet, but holy shit it is the first one I’ve read in a long time where I’ve needed to take breaks because I can’t get the imagery out of my head. I went into this book blind and I love it. I’m listening to the audiobook which I can’t recommend enough.

Mean Spirited by Nick Roberts has a scene where a man sees his son crawling on the ceiling in a dark hallway.

It jumps off right in the beginning and stays highly intense with just tiny short bursts of background story and character development and then it goes right back to being unsettling. This book has given me chills like nothing in recent memory has.
