Mazda CX-30

Pros

• I basically loved everything about the CX-30 except the fuel economy, and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a similar quality hybrid vehicle in the $20k-$30k range. I'm also totally open to just getting another CX-30
• I currently own the CX-30 and I love it.
• New CX30 is also worth a shot since the CX5 feels big.
• Mazda CX-30 on your list Maybe add Mazda CX3, Peugeot 2008, Skoda Kushaq, VW T-Roc = all are ATs These were on my list We had the same criteria, European/Jap, non-CVT but I avoided sedan
• Mazda CX-30. Only SUV (mini) in the budget that drives like a car.

Cons

• He wanted a Mazda CX-30 or Mazda 3 Hatch. A used one of those at 3 years old with 25-50k miles on it was selling for 2-4k less than original MSRP. I’m not paying 28-30k for a used car, and instead paid 30k for a new one.
• The Mazda is small though so you know.
• I think the cx30 is probably the best in its class (Corolla cross, trax, Crosstrek) ... Downsides being backseat is laughably bad. Cargo room is eeeh. Visibility is fairly poor, and the small tank along with not so great fuel economy (es...
• One minor downside to the CX30 is the fuel tank is small so requires frequent fills. In town mine gets 10L/100kms (23MPG) and 7L/100kms highway (33MPG).
• They recently purchased a new Mazda CX-30, but absolutely hate it. My parents are having a hard time seeing out of it with all of the blind spots, and they do not trust any of the advanced technology.
